Designed for individuals in the child welfare and adoption space who want to serve children and families more effectively, want organizational management and programmatic insights, seek to improve work/life balance, and desire to be visionaries in the field. Includes: 1 hr call/month; email and text communications with response in 24 - 48 hours; expert advice on child welfare and organizational best-practice; guidance on organizational and programmatic implementation improvements; assistance with building relationship with organizations of a similar mindset; goal setting and accountability.
